“I completely adore the things I get from American soda, always delivered on time and always great.
The only two downsides I can think of are that I received some Funyuns that were out of date, and that I wish you would use a more eco friendly packing peanut! It feels so wasteful to have to throw away a box full of polystyrene!”

I give a contact number and email address it would have been nice to have had the option of cancelling the whole thing if my items weren't going to arrive, considering delivery isn't actually cheap I got in bulk.
Not very happy with the service at all and won't be placing another order of anything.
My review is to make things better going forward to those that work in American Soda customer service is a key to good business. This customer is not satisfied and won't buy again rectifying mistakes may indeed save your customers in future”
“Never received my parcel for the delivery company, yet they are still saying it got delivered and signed for by a man, yet the man that was apparently meant to off signed for it, does not live at my address, and no card was left to say I missed my parcel, what do I do now? Thank you.”
“Ich habe vor kurzen bei Ihnen Shampoo bestellt und erhalten. Leider ist einer der Flaschen, während der Zustellung im Paket, aufgegangen und hat alles andere darin kontaminiert. Die Wahre war nicht anständig verpackt. Sie lag einfach lose im Paket. Keine schützende Folie, die verhindert, dass der Inhalt ausläuft, fehlte.
Das zweite Paket, mit drei Flaschen Shampoo ist unversehrt bei mir angekommen. Hätte aber auch besser verpackt sein können. Schade!!!”
