“Great! Quick delivery with secure packaging and sensible prices for most things! The expiry date wasn't too long but that doesn't bother me as I ate everything straight away anyway! Would recommend. Site is so easy and practical to use”

“I have not received my goods, it has now been 10 days. I have emailed and called but I haven't gotten an answer. I threw an American themed party yesterday where I should have used all this, I had to go shop else where and I had to spend a LOT of money.. I am interested in knowing if my goods ever will arrive :(”

“Really disappointed!! After receiving my order, which I payed extra to have next day delivery on, only part of my order arrived!! There was no correspondence until I made contact to see where the missing item was, to be told it was out of stock and they would refund me. The item was said to be in stock when I ordered. So ultimately I was left with an incomplete gift as that's what the order was for!!”

“I ordered on the 25th June and it was supposed to be delivered 3-5days later and yet I only received the delivery on 7th July... 12days later - almost twice as long as it should have taken! On top of that, the parcel was shoddy and 2 of the chocolates have been ripped open - I don't know if that is due to the insecure way it was packaged or staff had opened it before. Overall so disappointing and will reconsider choosing to order from them again!”

“I completely adore the things I get from American soda, always delivered on time and always great. The only two downsides I can think of are that I received some Funyuns that were out of date, and that I wish you would use a more eco friendly packing peanut! It feels so wasteful to have to throw away a box full of polystyrene!”
