“My custom PC build took a bit more time to build than stated in the guidelines, it is fairly because one specific chip was out stock at the time. Support staff was responsive, got a reply in a quite short time from them about alternative options. Still stick to my specs and overall it took 2 weeks from order to delivery. Nicely packed boxes, really helped to protect from the damage of unloading from delivery van in front of my eyes. Good service, recommend”

“One of the parts I ordered (case) was missing which meant I couldn't get the PC built that I wanted. They did not have the case in stock, nor know when they would get it in stock. This then delayed my order by a week or so. I was not offered anything for this inconvenience.
Communication was good, they phoned and emailed and I had to choose another case.
The actual build is good, high quality. Cable management is good on the whole though due to how they have routed some cables I cannot use the bottom PCIE slot of my motherboard - as it is blocked by an input, which is disappointing. I needed the slot for my soundcard and it has meant I have to go and buy an external soundcard.”
