I’ve always bought from amr. However now the postage is so high and the products aren’t always available makes it quite hard. So when I do travel in store and they don’t have much. It’s upsetting

AMR have a great range of product , however most are out of stock and as l have been a customer for some yrs l do get a email notification of product being available often months eg Limitless 10 vol and 40 vol. Delerenzo oil balance totex hairspray universal diffuser

Used to be a great supplier not any more Stock is low Promote discontinued stock without clarity Long delivery time Costly delivery Unreliable delivery due to not leaving at the door even when specified Not sure why stock is sent from Sydney instead of from Victoria where I live Glitchy website

I gave email address to be notified when product came back in stock but was never notified. I was lucky to look on your website to find out it was back in stock.

Great prices for some items but they no longer stock the hair colour i need, may start looking elsewhere as customer services need improving and would be beneficial if they supplied free shipping to loyal customers.

I received my order and something was missing from the parcel. I called to ask for a replacement. The customer service assistant wasn't rude, but she seemed to be sound as if I had inconvenienced her with my problem. I was expecting an apology for the inconvenience and to be assured that my new order would be sent out with urgency. I was then surprised when the delivery man turned up at my door the same day. It was great the service was so fast, but I was only given about 30 minutes notice by email (which was unfortunately sent straight to junk, so I did not see it), so I had not packed the other stool up ready for him, and it was lucky I was even home. Customer service could just do with a little work, but delivery was very good and the chair is great other than the fact I am struggling to get the backrest on by myself and I would've loved a paper copy of instructions so I knew I was doing everything correctly.

Have generally had no issues but if late stock is always unavailable and I have had to get stuff from other suppliers .

You always used to have free freight (or a small charge) but now it is very expensive. Im also disappointed that you are now not stocking Fanola products

Have always ordered from here happily. However, 3 items from my most recent order were drop shipped - separately- taking around a month for all items from my order to arrive. There was no mention of this on the product page, or the checkout screen. I was only made aware when I got the shipping confirmation that *some* of my items were to be delivered. It was a pain, and I will hesitate before ordering again.

During our annual sales extravaganza where we collaborate with companies across Australia to offer incredible prices, making it one of the biggest events of the year. However, with this annual tradition and coming close to Christmas, in the past we faced a recurring issue and received complaints from our customers due to the overwhelming surge in orders. Leading to overselling of products and subsequent refunds, or just out of stock items, leaving our customers dissatisfied. To address this problem, this year, we've implemented a drop ship system with our major brands to ensure that no one misses out on these fantastic deals while also preventing over-sales. As a result, some delays are inevitable, but we are actively working on refining the process and detailed more communication to ensure a smoother experience next year. We hope you can understand the reason on why we have implemented the drop ship system, please note it is not something on going but just for now while it is the sale period and Christmas time, we hope to see you shop with us again.

Unfortunately despite the good packaging the Moroccanoil Shampoo lid was loose and spilled out. The product got on the other items and inside the box. If the lid was taped up perhaps this could’ve been avoided. Haven’t tried any of the products yet, hopefully they work. We did however find a bar of chocolate in the box, whilst I was a little upset, so that was a surprise.

Yet to receive the shampoo. Seems when I order goodies from the US and they're shipped via DHL I get them within a week. Unfortunately, Perth seems to be 3 weeks away shipping wise from eastern states online stores. I always wonder how long my products lay inside hot trucks/on hot tarmacs etc before I receive them. Anyways, I'm sure the shampoo will be great when it gets here!

Unfortunately at the moment, there is substantial bushfires in WA, which are delaying your delivery and we hope that you are safe! I do however have great news for you! We have a store located in Cannington WA and you are more than welcome to come instore for a visit or you can call them on 08 9463 2030 and place your order over the phone, they can send it from there store directly to your location. We have yet to implement this feature on our website as it is only set for online orders to be dispatch from Sydney, hopefully in the new year we will have all our stores interstate dispatching orders for a more convenient time frame of delivery 😊 I hope this helps you with future ordering 😊
