“Normally very good. I must say nothing is ever missing from my order. Very impressed. But I do occasionally get leaking,old yellowed packaging. Dirty packaging. Today my brown shampoo had leaked in the box. Normally they're is tape over the lid. This one didn't have it. Shame. But apart from that they are good. Great range. Website is working better. Their app just doesn't work properly so I just use the website”
