Hi, thank you for letting us know. I have investigated this for you and can see that the parcel left the UK on 13th May and should now be in Canadian customs waiting to be cleared. Apologies this is taking longer than normal under current circumstances. Hopefully, your parcel will clear soon and be delivered to you shortly :)

“Loved the quality of most of the products, however I found the skirts very delicate and the fabric pulls very easily. Also the sizing is a little small for age so I had to get one size bigger. Outfit looked great though so overall quite pleased”

“Perfect quality and design clothes. I ordered 2 products: one of them package (plastic bag) was old and torn :/. It was strange and not nice, because AF is quite luxury kids brand.”

“I absolutely love the Angel’s face designs and have previously bought from Fenwick both a couple of tutus, and also a track suit. The only negative I have is that I feel the quality of the material is not quite as luxurious as the last one I bought, which my daughter has been wearing weekly for the last year. Also for a high quality item the packaging could have been better, the tissue paper had obviously been used before and was all crinkled. Hope this helps. Thank you, Charlotte”

“The clothing is lovely and great quality, but the sizing can be a little off. I ordered a jumper and a cardigan in the same size, one was snug and the other way too big. Most companies now pay for returns label, so that would be a welcome additio .”
