“The clothes are beautiful but I believe they are overpriced for the quality control that you will receive.”

“Clothing is absolutely beautiful and well made. I was not sure if my daughters size. I did have to return an outfit that was too small and the return shipping was way too expensive. I did place a second order before i did the return. Due to this i probably will not be ordering again. Kids are tuff with sizes. If the return fee had not been so expensive i def would given them 5 stars!”

“Very disappointed that you are not shipping anymore to The Netherlands due to the Brexit. Now I have sent it to a friend in the UK, and she forwards it to me. But the shipping fee is high at this point. We love Angel’s Face, but not for us anymore.”

“Whilst I was extremely happy with the child's top I ordered my child does wear 3-4 in all of her clothes which is what I ordered but unfortunately it was far to small”

“Hi,I was little disappointed by the colour of the two top in the picture it looks red but when I received them the colour is burgundy,and the bleu jumper I can said not the quality that much I was expected it came loose from the first use Thanks”

“I have no issue with your products or your efficiency but I was somewhat disappointed by your price intransigence when I omitted to put my email, losing out on the promised 10% first order discount. I realised almost immediately and emailed to no avail. Not the best impression of customer service.”

“Super soddisfatta dell' acquisto, ottima qualità oltre la bellezza. Tutto confezionato con cura. Non do 5 stelle perché non sono soddisfatta del servizio clienti. Nel pacco mancava un articolo ed invece di rispedirlo come avevo chiesto hanno fatto il rimborso. tenevo tanto ad avere l'articolo dato che ho 2 figlie ed ho l'accessorio così solo per una .”

“The quality of three of the tops I bought wasn’t comparable to the ones I’d purchased before from you. The material was thin and creased and not the same quality as the slouch top.”

“The order arrived in good time but my full address had not been included on the label. It was only because the postman knew which house I lived in that the order got delivered when it did otherwise it could have been significantly delayed!”

Our address labels are printed automatically in the same exact format that the customer enters them when checking out. Unfortunately, it looks like you didn't enter the house number on this occasion.
