“Bought a tutu skirt for my daughter first birthday and when I received the item, I am so happy that I bought it from Angel’s face. The tutu is so beautiful and well made. Packaging is lovely and delivery is quick we can’t be more happier with our purchase! ”

“The worse customer service I had experienced. My parcel item was missing. They keep making excuses not to refund me. Even dodging the issue. It had been over 2weeks with no results, I even provided them with evidence and Royal mail complaints. Still no refund. I saw that others had this issue with this company. I Wish I had read the reviews before hand. If anyone want more details on the issue. Please contact me. I now looking to take it further.”

“I absolutely love the Angel’s face designs and have previously bought from Fenwick both a couple of tutus, and also a track suit. The only negative I have is that I feel the quality of the material is not quite as luxurious as the last one I bought, which my daughter has been wearing weekly for the last year. Also for a high quality item the packaging could have been better, the tissue paper had obviously been used before and was all crinkled. Hope this helps. Thank you, Charlotte”

“Really disappointed that my 8 year old daughter wore a pair of Angel Face shoes that were £45 for one hour for her holy communion when we got home the buckle was faulty and was the opposite way in which it needed to be, then I noticed the stitching also was coming away, I asked for a refund on the item or exchange as these are unsafe for my child to wear I sent photos etc as my daughter can no longer wear them being the buckle is faulty and would not stay on my little girls foot with out the buckle being done up a real waste of money and poor customer service still awaiting a further reply to another email of complaint Again they refused to refund me I’m so disappointed as they were not cheap and you do not expect that to happen for an hour of use.”
