I did not receive the merchandise yet! But I received this review demand now…10 days after my order. The products seemed nice on the website, that is the reason I gave a 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, even the clothes will be very nice at arrival, this company wouldn’t be one of my choices to buy for my toddler girl. At comparable prices and even better I am happy to order and receive clothes for her in 2-3 days timeframe since I put the order online. And I am still in US and they are still arriving from Europe, UK or Germany!!! More than that, my little one is “treated” with a pack of gummies in every package coming from another UK vendor, she cannot wait for those… I am sorry about this company, I ordered because I liked their clothes BUT…doesn’t seem to work for us!!!

It was the first time I ordered something from this company and I did not receive the entire order. There was one item missing and I still have not received a response about it despite me contacting the company as soon as I found out the order was incomplete

Poor fitting dress , over inflated prices and substandard quality. The dress I ordered was baggy and oversized even though it was supposed to be a polished party dress it looked like it was made for an extremely obese child. The material was cheap and tatty and the dress did not reflect the price I paid.

Sizing is ridiculous my child is in 4/5 yr and ive bought 6/7 from you and they are all too small,then to add insult ive to pay to send them back

I love the insite experience. But the problem is with TNT company, they received it since 26 of Nov but they failed to deliver it until now despite contacting them several times

Skirt was stunning shame about being ripped off for shipping paid £10 for next day delivery was sent an email to say it would be delivered by the Friday didn’t arrive. Then got an email of dpd to say it would be delivered on the Monday but on Saturday got a txt to say deliver would be on Saturday all the messing around was a joke Angel face still can’t see that they made an error and haven’t even offered to refund me the cost of postage even when I sent them proof of the email

Apologies if there was a misunderstanding. We sincerely hope that your little one loves her tutu and creates wonderful memories in it :)

Very disappointed. I am still waiting for my order. Last update on tracking service was on 23/10. One of the dresses was for my goddaughter’s birthday which is today. I place many orders with websites from the UK and they usually deliver within 2-3 days. Please look into my order and inform me when to expect. Thank you

I have tracked your order and you placed the order on 21st Oct and we shipped it out from here on the same day it arrived in Cyprus on 23rd October and it appears to have been held in customs. I had ordered 2 hats for my daughter. She’s 2,5 years old and I had ordered size 2-4 years. They run small. I couldn’t find measurements for hats on Angle’s Face website, so as a customer I don’t have change to know the sizing for hat before I shop it. But to return it I have to pay shipping which cost around 15-20€ from Slovakia. Sorry, but you are supposed to pay it for me as a company doesn’t give me enough/complete informations before I do shopping. This is not a good marketing and customers service as you’re trying to present your company. So, as a customer, now I only have choices: to pay expensive shipping for return or keep hats which I couldn’t use.

I’ve placed an order of three charm skits TUTU. One of them came lilac instead of Vintage rose.... I was little bit disappointed in such a lousy service.

I was really excited about receiving my parcel however I was very disappointed with the quality of when they arrived. The colours do not look like the appear online and the quality is very poor.
