“Using the website was very easy. Received confirmation quickly. I was waiting for an email to stay my item has been dispatched but that never arrived. I paid for delivery but the item wasn’t delivered to my daughter’s address. It’s only because she went to the sorting office to pick up another parcel and she was handed 2 and realised one was from Angel Face. No card was left in her letter box from the delivery company stating they came. We would have never known it was there. That’s very poor service that I paid for. Maybe Ange Face should be looking at who they use to deliver their items.”

“I have been a long time fan of Angel Face and their products. I have only ever had to return 1 product after a zip fell off. HOWEVERafter the latest customer service I received I will not be shopping here again in a hurry. I was dealt with in a rude condescending manner on more than one occasion. Not what I would expect from someone who markets themselves as a premium brand!!!”

“During shopping on the online shop shipping costs were shown as free even if shipping country was present. Only after entering card details the real huge costs appeared. I wouldnt have ordered if i knew i would have to pay so much money for shipping. In addition there have passed 9 days since the order and i have not received yet.”

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service. We can assure you that when an order is made via our website the shipping cost is calculated prior to the input of payment. Our system will calculate the shipping fees based on the weight of the items together with the delivery address. The payment screen will then follow to place your card payment details. “The quality of the number 8 t shirt I feel is very poor. I've only washed it a couple of times and it seems bobbly and out of shape. So I wouldn't consider buying these again. Also my parents bought my eldest daughter a tutu skirt plus the black bobble hat - the lovely Pom Pom on the top has dropped off - something that I wouldn't consider buying again either - shame really. I think your tutu skirts are fabulous..... dissapointment with other items.”
