“Sadly I didn’t receive the items yet.. But in general the website is nice and clear , the customer service is very good and they are friendly and helpful. The things I concern about it is the shipping way to my country it is only one option with the Royal Male.. which is effect my decision whether I will buy from your website or not, but because I have no other choice I completed my order and I’m still waiting for the items I hope I receive them by the next week. But unfortunately this is will affect my decision in the future unless you change the shipping way to Saudi Arabia. I ordered several times from children salon, they have very fast shipping to my door, within one week I received the items. I hope you do the same. Thank you so much ,, Best Regards,,”

“I have bought many outfits from you in the past and been very happy with them. Sadly, this time I was a little underwhelmed. The tutus looked slightly "tacky" and the Harriet skirt was all crumpled and will need a little press before I give it to my great niece. The cardigan also looks a little on the cheap side. You have charged quite highly for products that lack the appropriate quality. They were, however, delivered promptly.”

“I absolutely love angel Face and I have brought many items from the website. However I was left disappointed with my last purchase as it was a present so I was expecting it to come in the usual beautiful round box packaging but unfortunately it came just in paper. I always buy from angel face for the whole package so I was sad to see this had changed.”

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed. Our traditional tutu skirts have always come packed in Angel's face hat boxes. Some of our smaller items are wrapped in Angel's Face paper. We do like to make sure that everything is wrapped to the same beautiful standards.

“Beautiful Princess Skirt, but was very disappointed how creased it was on arrival, had to iron it before I could give it to my niece for her Christmas, thought it would have come in the lovely hat box that is shown, but obviously being reduced it came in a polythene bag, hence why it was so creased.”
