They would send you a automated reply back. Didn’t want money back just another dress and they wouldn’t work with me. I give them a 0 rating.”
“It has been over a month since I let you know I never received my dress. The weeks after the carrier said they delivered it the tracking showed in transit. After I reported a lost package it now says delivered. I NEVER GOT THE DRESS and you said on October 28th said you were processing my refund. That hasn’t been received as well. Will I Be getting a refund.

“Do NOT order from Angrila! I ordered a size 6 dress (I am ALWAYS a size 6). The dress I received was more like a size 2 - I was 2 inches away from being able to zip the dress up. There was that much of a discrepancy. Their return policy states that if you contact them within 5 days for a return, they will issue a full refund. I contacted them the day I received the merchandise. They refused to issue a refund and told me to go to a local seamstress to alter it. They also advertise that they guarantee satisfaction....obviously that is not the case. I disputed with my credit card company since Angrila wouldn't honor their own policy. Buyer beware!!!!!!”

“BUYER BEWARE! Note how few reviews show images from real customers, let alone how few reviews exist that don't require their approval. This is a complete scam website. The dress I received for my daughter's wedding looked nothing like the images on the website, the quality was awful, and I won't even wear this dress for a Halloween party! I tried like heck to get my money back through my credit card but Angrila has every loophole built into their website which you really don't understand because they contradict themselves within the site about their return policies. There is a major communication issue with their broken english. DO NOT take the leap. It is one of my greatest financial decision regrets.”
“I just recently received my dress from Angrila. I had noticed they didn’t have very many reviews so I wanted to spread the word that I had a really good experience with them. I didn’t purchase a pre-made dress, I sent in multiple pictures of what I wanted. I talked about details with someone for quite a while before finding out that she would make it all for under $200. At this point I got nervous and thought it was sketchy. But I went through with it as I had time before my wedding and they used PayPal. I received my dress early and it is PERFECT. I did have to have it taken in a bit but other than that it was beautiful and perfect for my beach wedding. I emailed with customer service a couple times and they were helpful. Wish I could give no stars! This company is a fraud, the communication is very poor and they do not take any returns despite the return policy stating they will! I ordered a dress for my son's wedding, it took much longer to get it then the stated time on the order, then when I got it, it did not fit, the measurements were not the same as the sizing chart and when I emailed the company to return it, they refused the return stating it was a custom order item, which is was not, it was ordered according to their sizing chart. I am reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself time and money and avoid ordering from this company!!!!!”
“Very bad customer service. Ordered a dress, regular sizing from their selection not custom by any means. Did not fit & was poor quality so tried to return. They would not resolve or refund as they said it was a custom dress. After many attempts at trying to resolve they have remained uncooperative & unreasonable. “I ordered a dress based on the measurements posted on their website. They contacted me about a "delay" in shipping and asked for $20 extra to ship by Fedex which I paid. The dress arrived and was a full 2" smaller in the bustline and I could not zip it. They refused to let me return the dress so I filed a complaint with Paypal. It took several contacts but finally it was resolved in my favor. I had to send the dress back at my expense - $30. A few weeks later, I received the package back as "refused" What a scam this business has. NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!”

“Do not purchase a dress from this company. Their website is a sham….they don’t deliver what they promise! I ordered a dress 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. The event I planned on wearing it occurred last Saturday despite the promise that it would arrive within 14 days of my order being placed. I still have no dress & am going to be stuck with a dress (if it actually is ever mailed) that I will never wear and can’t get my money back!

“Awful company , absolutely no customer service. Ordered a dress that was not a custom size and it’s very uncomfortable- sizing is fine but don’t like the fit on me. No return policy so if you order- know that you won’t get a refund or return at all! Read the reviews-don’t chance a an order like I did. It states no returns on sizing but little did I know the dress would be stiff and uncomfortable.”
