“Went into the Plymouth store to buy a bikini but left with the sonar clitoral stimulator there needs to be a warning on the box to not use while drivinghad tears rolling down my eyes!!!! When I use it my heart rate goes from 74 to 134 in 4 seconds!!!! Best workout I have ever done!!!! Also the staff In there are amazing!!!! Brilliant team, don’t make you silly or get you to buy the most expensive. Just brilliant!!! Thank you xx”

“Visited your Cardiff City centre store with my wife and Carys was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble, exceptional customer service. A great example of how you should be treated as a customer. Please continue to get the bigger sizes and not just the size 6-8. 5*****”

“I went into the Telford store today to find a matching set and the lovely Laura helped me. She also helped me in the fitting room and suggested the correct sizing for me, Laura was friendly, happy and took time to help me. I bought a purple non padded bra and Laura helped me find my knicker size and suggested the garter belt that looks amazing as a set. I also bought a blue bikini set as it was on sale, thank you Laura for helping me and finding a perfect set!”

“I visited the Oxford Street store in London and the very helpful female assistant helped me choose a sexy maids and a school girls outfit to try on in the changing rooms.I felt really sexy in them as I also had on my Ann Summers stockings suspenders and frilly edged lacy thong and she didn't mind me taking pix of myself dressed up.She said if they sold high heals I could have tried them on as well.Excellent service.”

“I went in with no idea of how bras work, I also heavily struggle socially. The woman who was working at the Northampton branch when I went in was so lovely. She really helped and I gained my confidence back with wearing bras. If you’re struggling with bra sizes and shapes then I definitely recommend, they were so polite and pleasant and made it feel so natural.”

“Ann summers supplies me regularly with coitus apparatus ranging from clitoral stimulators to 12 inch strap ons... although the hard core gimp section is lacking and I like to sweat in my outfits a bit before I choose to buy them... so unfortunately online purchases do not suit my life style choices.”
