“I visited the Argyle Street, Glasgow today to purchase a range of underwear I already have in another colour, Roslyn asked if I had the right size and we had a chat, she was patient, extremely knowledgeable and it turns out I’ve been wearing the wrong bra size… wonderful member of staff, I’m delighted and will be returning asap❤️”

“Ann Summers Argyle Street. I really dislike clothes shopping mainly due to unrealistic sizing and the amount it varies from shop to shop. Our visit to Ann Summers on 30/06/25 was delightful. The staff members Melanie/Kelly/Louise and Skye ALL served us at various times and were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. Attentive, exceptionally knowledgeable and extremly sympathetic to my needs. They didn't have one of the items we were looking for in store but it was ordered instore from your website for home delivery. A great service ensuring that the staff member gets the sale and customer is happy. You 3ven checked other stores close by for us to see if they had the size. Big Gold shiny stars all round Team. You were all fantasticly amazing 👏 🤩 ❤️ ✨️”

“I went in to find myself a bra to match a set of pants i bought elsewhere and the lovely Zoe at the Glasgow Buchanan Galleries store was super sweet and helpful in helping me find a cute matching bra and even helped me with finding the correct size for me, was very easy to chat to and made my experience shopping 10x more enjoyable!”

“Soph and June are a Credit to Anne Summers and went over and above to provide Excellent customer service on Thursday 19/12/2024. I have recently lost a lot of weight and Soph and June could not do enough to help and were extremeley Professional and helpful. “We have been using the Cardiff Store for a while now. It is always a pleasant experience with helpful and efficient staff, but on the last two occasions Chris has just been amazing. “I made a purchase at this store in the Stratford Westfield shopping mall for the first time, I speak little English, I am Brazilian, I was served by Susana, who was very friendly, helpful and even spoke Portuguese to help me, very charismatic and attentive, I will return more often.”

“Visited the Cardiff store today and i wanted to leave a review about Vicky.G, this lady went above and beyond for me today, when i couldn't find my size she searched for other things for me to try, fetching me different sizes, looking out the back for different styles that i may like, (it took us a while) but i managed to walk away with exactly what i wanted and that wouldnt of been possible without her!, and on top of that shes was so happy to help, nothing was to much trouble for her, she was friendly to talk to and just made my experience in the store so much better!”

“I went into my local branch in Bournemouth I saw looking for swimwear for a last minute Holiday. Debbie assisted me she was so friendly and helpful, she offered to measure me I was wearing 44DD I was in fact a 40FF/G they didn’t have anything in stock. But she gave me names of companies who stock those sizes came home ordered a bikini thank you Debbie I was getting so stressed not being able to find anything. Will definitely be back for some new bras when I get back.”

“Shopping at Ann Summers has been such a personal journey and with the help of Anna she has got my husband and I back on track with our marriage What a lovely experienced lady she is A Christian and both of us are in a mixed marriage with children so I can really relate with her. It’s much more than just a shop and the staff there for me especially Anna are just amazing Sometimes I’ve been there and experienced some very rude obnoxious trying customers and they really do deserve a medal when trying to deal with that level of verbal abuse just because they are impatient or are being told a mistake has happened and nothing can be done. These girls work there and in such a special shop have to put up with a lot sometimes so hats off to you and thanks for letting mine and the majority of customers have a wonderful experience keep up the good work Again thank you especially to Anna”

“Hello Ann Summers - THANK YOU IVY IN THE CANTERBURY STORE - KENT!! Very Happy Customer thanks to sales lady Ivy!! It is about 7 years since I went into an Ann Summers shop and last time I did it was Westfields London and I found the staff to be a bit over familiar calling me darling etc. Despite the bras being very good quality I didn't go back as a result. However, yesterday I was shopping in Whitefriars Canterbury Kent and decided to go in to see if I could get a decent bra. I was served and fitted by a young woman called Ivy . She was absolutely brilliant and not only found me the right size bras - but on request matched the 5 bras, I went to not purchase, with underwear. I spent about £135.00 and because of SUCH EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM IVY I have gone on line and spent the same again in underwear - now having the sizes that fit me perfectly!!! AND THANKS TO IVY - I will remain an active purchaser - I do hope Ann Summers reward and look after such excellent staff when you have them on board!!!”

“As a mature man in his 60s toys allow me to fully satisfy my wife when nature dosnt always cooperate. About 4 months ago my wife who is also in her 60s came home from a ladies night with the idea that we try anal sex. I went to the Peterborough store and was served by a delightful young lady. She took me aside and discreetly talked me through the use of the anal starter kit. She also explained the need for pre anal preparation using a douche and plenty of lube. As a result my wife and i enjoy regular comfortable anal intercourse. On subsequent visits my wife asked me to purchase a butt plug. She now wears the medium steel jeweled plug with confidence on our evenings out. Great staff in Peterborough store.”
