“Ellie is an absolute gem and an asset to Ann Summers she has an amazing personality. She fitted me and she fitted my friend. We are ever so fussy and she was the most patient with us! Lexie was a great help today also at the Birmingham Bullring store. Loved our visit from start to finish! xx ❣️”

“I went into the Telford store today to find a matching set and the lovely Laura helped me. She also helped me in the fitting room and suggested the correct sizing for me, Laura was friendly, happy and took time to help me. I bought a purple non padded bra and Laura helped me find my knicker size and suggested the garter belt that looks amazing as a set. I also bought a blue bikini set as it was on sale, thank you Laura for helping me and finding a perfect set!”

“I visited the Oxford Street store in London and the very helpful female assistant helped me choose a sexy maids and a school girls outfit to try on in the changing rooms.I felt really sexy in them as I also had on my Ann Summers stockings suspenders and frilly edged lacy thong and she didn't mind me taking pix of myself dressed up.She said if they sold high heals I could have tried them on as well.Excellent service.”

“I recently visited the leamington Spa store and I was so impressed on how well I was greeted by the lovely shop assistant Caroline. “I went in with no idea of how bras work, I also heavily struggle socially. The woman who was working at the Northampton branch when I went in was so lovely. She really helped and I gained my confidence back with wearing bras. If you’re struggling with bra sizes and shapes then I definitely recommend, they were so polite and pleasant and made it feel so natural.”

“Ann summers supplies me regularly with coitus apparatus ranging from clitoral stimulators to 12 inch strap ons... although the hard core gimp section is lacking and I like to sweat in my outfits a bit before I choose to buy them... so unfortunately online purchases do not suit my life style choices.”

“Hi bought the love me true underwear from Maidstone store after being given the stockings recently they are very cute and sexy I was able to show them to my man friend last night, let's just say we were a bit naughty whilst wearing the underwear we ended up having a couple of fucks because he was so erect”

“Paid for next day service yesterday but my parcel didn't arrive today. I search dpd by the number provided by AnneSummers, search returns nothing. Help page on the site doesn't work (404). It's rip off then if I pay more for a next day delivery but don't get my stuff”
