"I recently ordered from Anthropologie, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. My parcel arrived damaged with a label from Royal Mail stating: \"Found open or damaged and officially secured.\" When I inspected the parcel, I discovered that four items were missing:\r\n\r\nBy Anthropologie Cheers Embroidered T-Shirt \u2013 \u00a336\r\nVarley The Relaxed Cuff Joggers \u2013 \u00a356.25\r\nDaily Practice by Anthropologie Powder Packed Pants \u2013 \u00a371.25\r\nDaily Practice by Anthropologie Racing Sweatpants \u2013 \u00a367.50\r\nA total of \u00a3231 missing\r\n\r\nWhen I contacted Anthropologie's customer service for help, I provided photos of the damaged parcel, including Royal Mail's label, and detailed the missing items. Shockingly, they refused to take responsibility and instructed me to file a claim with Royal Mail myself. This is both unhelpful and incorrect, as Royal Mail requires the sender (Anthropologie) to file such claims.\r\n\r\nUnder the Consumer Rights Act 2015, retailers are responsible for ensuring items arrive in good condition. Despite this, Anthropologie has declined to assist in resolving the issue, leaving me without the items I paid for or a refund.\r\n\r\nAs someone who has shopped with Anthropologie in the past, I expected far better service. This experience has shaken my confidence in their commitment to their customers, and I would hesitate to shop with them again unless they address this issue and improve their policies.\r\n\r\nIf you\u2019re considering shopping here, beware that you might be left on your own to deal with delivery issues."

"I ordered 9 items on the 3\/5\/2024. \r\nOne parcel arrived with 2 items. \r\n2nd parcel arrived with one item Jeans which were returned the next day in the same package. Still waiting for the remaining six items after 34 days. \r\nAnthropologie help and support is no help. \r\nAfter more than 15 emails phone call and chat they have asked me to send the photo of parcel I have not received and they keep sending me tracking number of the parcel with one item that was delivered and returned saying they were delivered. No one reading the emails properly or investigating properly. On one gas sent me proof of the 6 items being delivered. Only one. Status since the 6\/5\/24 says processing, ready to go, shipped not delivered. Tracking number of the missing items says waiting carrier pick up. I am not getting anywhere with customer support. Written to head office formal complain. Contacted citizen advisory. \r\nAnthropologie have the money and not delivered the items."

"I had a bad experience with an expensive candle I purchased that cracked by itself while burning (it wasn\u2019t dropped or banged into, it simply broke after just a few times lit). I emailed customer support to see what they could do and to let them know of a faulty product and every reply was sent by a different agent, each one asking for photos, receipts, order numbers etc etc etc. and finally they said they couldn\u2019t help me bc it was an in store purchase and I have to bring the item into the store to do anything about it!! Why not say that in the first place?! I\u2019m not going to bother since it\u2019s dangerous to carry a sharp piece of broken glass around but after this experience, they lost a customer forever bc I hold grudges!!"
