“I am deeply disappointed by Any Boat Company’s service, which affected my 30th birthday event. Despite paying a premium price, I received nothing close to what was promised. The wharf location was changed three times on me, the pick-up time and wharf location was altered without communication, leaving my group waiting at the wrong location and time. Additionally, no skipper details were provided, leaving me frantically calling the general help line 15 mins before planned pick up time to get details. The skipper details given to me were incorrect and I was rerouted to the right skipper. The boat’s broken trampoline only added to the disappointment. I feel utterly let down and urge management to address these serious issues immediately. I booked this type of event as a friend of mine had a similar celebration with another boat company (smart cruiser) which was run much more smoothly than my experience. I regret taking a chance on Anyboat, and should have gone with Smart Cruiser instead. Can not recommend this agency.”

“Too many peoples loaded made the stay very unconfortable.Very difficult to get the food and not enough chairs unless grabbing it. Totally different atmosphere than dispayed in the Bella Vista web site. For sure I do not suggest such experience to my friends.”

“Positives - Upper Deck and Lower deck of boat were presented well. Some staff were friendly Negatives - Lower cabin area had a putrid stench of sewerage. The boat left the pier with two of our guests on board. Could have stayed 5 more seconds to let them off.”

“I booked a boat through Any Boat for a hens party. The skipper turned up late, and gave little to no advise on a route for our hire or any good spots to stop. The boat was really old and rundown, and I had even opted for a more expensive one! There wasn’t even a Bluetooth speaker or AUX cord on board so we had to party in silence. To be honest, I was a little embarrassed being the one who organised the cruise.”
