“Purchased 2014 Kia Soul battery Led Door sill plates...May 21st i messeged that only ONE is defective Front Passenger...i sent in Videos of the problem and explained the problem thru many dats if messeges. it is May 30th and your company is still messaging me, instead of replacing the ONE and ONLY doir sill plate. I will now be at a different address and the issue if getting a replacement is not resolved”

“I was excited to receive these light up coasters for our pickup. I followed instructions on charging them and they are supposed to last around 15 days each charge time. But, these lasted 3 days so I recharged them again and they lasted a week. Then one worked for a few more days. I believe I should be sent a replacement for these since I feel they are faulty. From Rita Ballard”
