“I haven’t received it yet but they have sent me an email to get some more measurements for my car to get the details correct. I will change this review depending on the product when I receive it. But so far, the customer service is pretty good.”

“The product I purchased was a battery operated door sill. The door plates are not functioning with the batteries. I have to turn the control box off and then back on for the sills to operate. They operate intermittently but does not stay and illuminate the sills as I had expected. Please advise what I can do to correct this problem.”

Sorry for your confusion, the working mode is: It will light up when the door is opened, and then automatically turn off after displaying all lighting modes in two cycles (the LED door sill panels also turn off as the door closed). It will light up again as the door open. Generally, solid color keep light up for about 1 minute, and 3 minutes for multi color. The duration of the light is proportional to the length of the door sill pedal. The longer the door sill pedal, the longer the light could stay on.

“Product looked very impressive when we first received both models(370z and Dodge Charger). However for the 370 the figment is completely off, too long for the door sill, and very unhappy with that. We are actually looking to take them off completely! This has led us to not even using the Dodge Charger ones. On the other hand the personalization with detail to the model car is a great thing and adds a nice touch when they are on. Not completely happy”
