“Great service. I had an email late yesterday afternoon to say my order had been dispatched and was for next day delivery by APC between 8am - 6pm. I received an email and text message this morning to give a 2 hour delivery time, it was delivered exactly in the middle of the time slot. The delivery man was very friendly and helpful. Thank you APC”

“All delivered in very good time - earlier than I thought - the tracking number seemed to be stuck on number 1 and it was estimated I was number 10 therefore it was hard to estimate when the parcel would come - !!! just a blip on the tracking system today I suspect! Nice surprise when it arrived quite early! Beautifully packed all in good condition. A Friendly efficient driver also.”

“I disagree with everything on this site. i have been using APC for 11years as an online seller. delivering my parcels is a must for me as i promise an overnight delivery. All couriers have problems BUT APC are always on hand to help. the customer service is second to none and no call centers. yes there are issues but none that they dont do everything they can to resolve. i have used all the other carriers in the business and I rate APC as the best. please ignore the bad reviews on here as people are quick to point the finger.”

“I cannot fault APC Overnight, and I'm really surprised never to have seen a 5-star before mine. Despite the severe weather conditions on 28 February / 1 March, and amber snow warnings affecting part of the route, APC Overnight delivered two items of special diet dog food all the way from Diss in Norfolk to my home in West Sussex in just 17 hours when we starting to run short. We didn't expect such a high quality service and I'm happy to be the first to give them that 5-star rating. And rightly so!!!”
