“My order of 1000 white plastic vest bags arrived promptly and the bags are of appropriate quality and cost. I found the APL web site easily on Google and got to the type of bag I needed reasonably easily. Once I was confident in my choice, ordering was very easy.
The only other comment I would make is that the jargon used in describing the bags is not explained anywhere that I could find on their site. Indeed, different plastic bag vendors use different jargon, so explanations on other vendors' sites did not help. What exactly does 11w x 17g x 21h" - 18Mu mean? Perhaps people who regularly buy plastic bags would know, but I don't. I can guess (maybe) but I would rather be told...”

Thanks for your very clear and detailed feedback. I'm so sorry that you found the sizing unclear, I will take a look at the product descriptions. Vest bags are measured in a different way to the rest of our bags, it's an imperial system that comes from many years of tradition with the product.

it just went quiet,
most websites give you an acknowledgement page so I called
up my credit card company to make sure the payment had gone through.

I'm sorry the website had a bit of a blip, we've tested it since and it gives acknowledgement of payment and we've had no further issues - but we will keep an eye on this to make sure it doesn't happen again!
