“I Ordered two sizes of bags, as I have done previously but this time one arrive the wrong size, I called customer service who agreed to send out the correct size the following day even though it was a Saturday - I needed them for the Sunday. Replacement bags arrive fine, thank you.”

“I use apl for carrier bags. These are of acceptable quality for the price and delivery is next day. One small point is that outer packaging could be stronger as I have received 3 damaged boxes which had been repaired by the carrier”

I will feed this back to our Warehouse Manager and to our Courier to avoid it happening again, as it may have been a problem in transit. We aim for every package to be received in the same condition as it leaves our Warehouse, so thank you for highlighting this.

“Great service but had to go to the Interlink Depot to fetch the parcels due to the courier not phoning prior to delivery. Not much point in asking for delivery instructions if they are not followed.”

I can see that you added a special delivery note - I apologise the instruction wasn't followed. I would like to reassure you that this is quite unusual, Interlink service all of our deliveries and we rarely have issues like you've experienced?.
