“I ordered on Friday and my delivery arrived on Monday morning. One item was missing but when I rang to let you know not only were you extremely apologetic the missing item arrived 2 days later. It turned out it was out of stock when the first items left you.

“Very good product, where online description matched product in real life with a fast turnaround and delivery. Only concern was box in which gift boxes were delivered was too large/under packed for content and the corner was completely caved in from a larger box having been tossed on top at some point. I opened in presence of the truck driver and contents were OK, but it will be a concern when ordering in future so that I will make sure to check all boxes in case of damage.”

“Product/price was great, customer service (i.e. lady on telephone) was very helpful,
delivery made next day but I was out and delivery person seems to have thrown package into my basement yard, rather than leave under steps as I asked, but all well as it had waterproof packaging and wasn't damaged. I left my mobile number in case of problems but wasn't phoned.”
