“Always an excellent service. Descriptions and costs of items are clear and website is easy to navigate. Emails received confirming order. APL send emails with offers, but you are not inundated with them, so are more likely to use again. Delivery could not be better. Prompt service and couriers used are friendly and informative. No having to hang about waiting in for parcel. Time slot given and stuck to even in busy festive period.”

“An amazing company! Next day delivery was promised but I did not expect that to be fulfilled just before Christmas. How wrong I was. My items were delivered the following day. Thank you very much for excellent customer service and carrying out what is promised.”
