“Products are fine - website easy to use; but you'll never get 5 * from me if you insist on charging (excessively) for overnight delivery with no option to wait 3-5 days and not pay high courier charges.
I cant see why you wouldn't give that option - unless you are making small, stealthy profits from overcharging for overnight delivery

I'm glad you like the website. We find most of our customers request next working day service for their business, so we use this because it's a suitable option, especially as they have deadlines but we do encourage people to collect items from our warehouse to save on shipping costs if they can.
The great thing about our courier service also is that all orders are trackable and they send texts within the hour to advise on timing.
