“On the whole a good experience. ... I can never remember which are the cheaper out of external and internal tape handles, I would quite like to see those two sections combined so I can see all the options at once.
My only other gripe is all the emails which say 'a thank you for using APL packaging' but then it's just this survey - disappointing, I keep thinking it will be a discount code for next time!!”

“We ordered paper carrier bags, tissue paper and clear plastic bags from you and were helped by Shirley who was great throughout. The tissue paper was out of stock at the time and she wasn't sure if it would be available by the date we requested but she asked us to call her a few weeks later for an update and said if it wasn't going to be available she would refund us. When we phoned she said she would check and call us back straight away and she did and although she still hadn't received a confirmed del date she chased it up for us that same day and called us back to advise us of the situation. We really appreciated her help and the fact that she actually called back when she said she would - we've found that very rare from past experience!! We will definitely use you again. Regards, Jon. PS: Its a shame you don't do more colours in the twist handle paper bag as we would have preferred a bag to match the purple tissue paper rather than black.”
