“Hi, Regarding my purchace of a calor gas heater, I was disappointed when it was delivered to my home , and there was damage to control unit “ plastic rivets holding control unit were broken “ after sending potos to your company and dealing with custermer support “Sam”, I returned damage item and had a replacement heater, all is well now, and I was happy the way “ Sam” communicated with me
