Great service & wonderful Heater, though don't forget you need to buy the gas itself separately. Love it though, and everyone who has seen it has commented on how great it looks. Only struggle I had was getting the large box delivered to my doorstep on a pallet into the house, as there was only me to move it, and it is quite heavy and should be lifted by two people!”

Unfortunately as these fires are over sized items they travel on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are kerb side only and these fires do require two people due to their weight. “I ordered my Provence stove as we had moved into a new home in the Scottish highlands that had no solid fuel heating. While we wait for a new log burner to be installed we have used our Calor stove during very cold Scottish winter and are now wondering if we needed to spend money on the new log burner.
