“Nothing bad to say. We’ve only just switched on our heater and it’s lovely. Just need now to buy a guard for it so Grandkids don’t get too close”

“i purchased this to use in a garden room and i’m delighted with it on the whole the flame is very low unless it’s turned up high which means the flame isn’t obvious amongst the coals if not on the highest setting, i purchased the log set which does make it look more realistic The heat produced is really good but my 15kg gas bottle doesn’t last long. this looks really authentic and is good looking within our room”

“Very pleased with the service in Co. Down but disapointed that gas bottles are unobtainalbe. I live in London W8 and would be grateful for one bottle, otherwise no point in buying the fire”
