Absolutely diabolical service! Can’t think of words that are bad enough to describe the service I’ve had, paid for express delivery and received nothing!! Phone lines down, promises and lies constantly. Do not buy from this company They are taking money and delivering nothing Avoid avoid avoid. Less than 1 star

Missing items and wrong items sent. This was just the start of it. When trying to get them to send the correct and missing items Aquabliss constantly gave false delivery info and dates. Everyday when you phone them they use a different excuse ("supplier let them down", "DPD did not collect items", "Items damaged so were not sent", "Items were dispatched and you should have received them" & "wrong dispatch details were given" are among a few examples). Eventually, we asked to cancel the missing items. Aquabliss were more than happy to do this and offer a full refund. However, they did not process the refund for over 17 days, and it took me calling them every day to ask when I will receive my money, and telling them that I am now seeking legal advice. Again, constant excuses (and lies?). One day they tell you the refund has been processed, the next they say they are doing it that day. All in all, the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend Aquabliss to anyone. My recommendation would be to avoid at all costs!

DO NOT BUY I spent £300 on goods and a further £45 for guaranteed next day delivery. Here I am 3 weeks later with no order and no communication from the suppliers. I have been told excuse after excuse to why my order is not here: 1. Lost in transit 2. It was damaged so got sent back 3. Delivery man ‘forgot’ to collect it 4. My item is now out of stock 5. They would chase up my delivery and get back to me within a few hours (2 weeks later still no call/email) Now coincidentally the phone lines are down and I am unable to contact the suppliers apart from emailing which has got me no where!! To give a company so much money for them to not supply you with the goods or even communicate with you is a disgrace! I have emailed to demand a full refund and I was promised this over a week ago but still have not received it back!

This Company must be the worst I have ever dealt with. Good Product but Customer Service NIL. Only want to use Computer Chat. Impossible to speak or get an answer on the Telephone.

Order a bathroom toilet and unit, paid express delivery nothing arrived. Chased, said on its way. Didn’t arrive. Chased said sorry damaged in transit they will be in touch to redeliver. I called left voice message, nothing! 😡

Absolutely horrendous service. Ordered a bathroom unit and paid next day delivery. Never arrived. Called most days and kept getting told it would be delivered next day and the next... then told it had been damaged and awaiting new ones to come in. Then told would not be stocked untill july.. meanwhile my customers is waiting without fully functioning bathroom. Emailed the company director on the 3th june. No response as of yet. cancelled our order as we managed to get another unit from homebase... said they would fast track the payment on 12th june.. no money returned. Chased on the 17th and got an email saying it was being processed... take 3-5days. Today been told 14days by another incompetent customer service advisor... then they give me a link which says 30days... absolute shambles this company and needs to be shut down from ripping more people off. I've reported to trading standards and suggest everyone else does the same. Avoid this company.. they feed you nothing but lies and try and steal your money!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I am mad at myself for not reading reviews first, complete cowboys who have take my £300 and delivered NOTHING. I am so stressed about this, how have they even got away with it for so long? So many excuses, and now my bathroom work is suspended because of them. Absolute joke I will be contacting trading standards and praying I get a refund at some point!

Whats worse than 1 star? Do use this company if you want to be sold an item that doesn't exist and will never be delivered. Do ring up this company to hear about the mythical 'Depot 56' where your item is currently located. I'm surprised that VISA allow this company to use it's online services.

Do use this company if you want to waste weeks of your life. They specialize in selling items that don't exist and will never be delivered. They rely on customers abandoning their quest to have their money refunded. I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be a phishing exercise to fraudulently collect credit card details. I'm surprised that VISA allow them to be approved to take trasnactions.

Ordered a toilet from here, was told delivery would be in 3-5 days. It wasn’t, so called them and got told it would be another couple of days because the driver damaged it. It didn’t arrive, so called again and was told another delivery date and that the company that they bought it from had gone into liquidation. It didn’t show up again, was told on the phone that a pipe set for it was missing but it would be there in 2 days. Still wasn’t delivered again so called and demanded a refund, this was nearly 3 weeks after my date of ordering and it seems they palm you off with any excuse they can think of. It’s been nearly a week and still no refund so I have contacted citizens advice on the matter and reported them to trading standards. Anyone in my position I recommend doing the same so that there is a paper trial in your favour. I’m not holding out hope that they will refund without a fight. Phone service is appalling and one guy actually got really aggressive with me last week and told me “if you don’t like it I suggest you call your bank”.

Avoid this bunch of cowboys.Ordered shower cubicle for what I considered a competitive price only to discover the items advertised do not exist. After numerous calls at my expense I demanded a full refund and am still waiting. Contacted credit card company who have resolved the issue. Aquabliss you have taught me a lesson NEVER BUY OFINTERNET WITHOUT READING REVIEWS.

Absolute sham!!! Do not buy from this company - paid for express delivery - we are now 3 weeks on and no delivery, so cancelled - but no refund - we are starting legal proceedings to get our money back

I have become a complete laughing stock. My order was ment to be delivered over a week ago and they have been giving me different excuses every day as to why it is not delivered. There repose time is terrible, there customer service is appalling and there attitude to put things right is just atrocious.

This company is to be AVOIDED at all costs. Do not order anything from them if you want to keep your mental health! Whoever heard of a Company that doesn’t open until 10.00 am? Then when you try calling them it always goes to answerphone and no-one calls back. My shower enclosure wasn’t delivered because, guess what, it had been damaged in transit. Total lies. In the end we threatened exposure on social media but I’m going to contact their local trading standards now as I don’t want their lack of customer services, utter lack of empathy and lies to be inflicted on any one else. Eventually we received our goods but at a huge strain on our relationship with the customer as we were installing their bathroom. DO NOT ORDER from this company

doesn't seem any point in going into great detail! DO NOT USE ! looks like most items are damaged thats why they dont get delivered! Appalling service ! as to the questions below - you need more options Was your delivery on time? answer -NEVER How did you communicate with the company? Answer - All of the options How quick did the company reply to your queries? Answer - Never How would you rate the customer service you received? answer - remove Customer service it does not exist or give another option No star option.

Terrible, terrible deliveries. We started with half order delivered, other half left at depot. Waited days for second half. Then suffered from non delivery, late delivery and finally wrong article, then days while they sent right one, paid express delivery other items in desperation. waited a week and then ten days.... They turned a straight forward, simple job into chaos. Wasted hours of plumbers time and my patience Don't go near this company, wish wish wish I hadn't.....

Well, unfortunately I have fallen foul of my rule - always check the reviews first! On the 19th May I ordered a LED illuminated, heated bathroom mirror. The company boasts quick delivery (3 days) from receipt of the order. We were going through quite a busy time, having a new en suite stripped out and fitted, so I didn’t realise how long the mirror was taking until everything else had been finished. So a couple of weeks later I chased this up with Aquabliss, who sounded genuinely surprised that it had not yet been delivered. The lady said that she would reorder it and gave me a date for the new delivery (3rd June). Arrangements were made to remain in awaiting the delivery, which never happened. I rang the next morning to discover that apparently there was a damage report on the item during delivery. They apologised for not communicating this to me. Yes, reading other reviews, you can see that this is somewhat of a common theme with Aquabliss. So a new date was given to me for delivery (today - 7th June). By midday when I’d heard nothing I rang the company asking for tracking information. They (‘Thomas’) said I would receive an email shortly with tracking information. After receiving nothing, at 3:50pm I rang again, only to discover that (guess what) a damage report had been filed and again an apology for not letting me know.. At this point I lost my sense of humour and asked for a refund to be processed immediately, as I had lost all faith in Aquabliss to either communicate effectively and truthfully or to deliver the goods purchased. I then immediately received an email from Thomas confirming that a refund would indeed be processed. Having read the reviews in relation to slow refunds, unless chased, I consulted my solicitor (family friend) who will happily pursue the case, given the incredulous accounts of damage in transits etc which he would be eager to investigate with the Aquabliss suppliers. I really do doubt that the mirror really exists, as I cannot find it available anywhere else. Interesting to note that Company’s House records shows that last year Aquabliss recently avoided being struck off. The directors; Jonathan Heaney and Daniel Morgan have a lot to answer for. I imagine all the others act under a pseudonym. I have given them 24hrs to credit my PayPal account before I press on with legal recourse, but to be honest, I just want my money back -so I can buy a mirror...

Without doubt the worst service I have ever received from any kind of retailer. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a toilet and paid extra for 1-3 day delivery. The toilet finally arrived after 3 weeks and several emails and phone calls all instigated by me. At no stage did I receive any pro-active conmunication to let me know what was going on. False promises and excuses are this companies motto. Still waiting on the refund for the extra delivery charge another 4 weeks later. I am still in a state of disbelief. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOAD OF HASSEL.
