Im The owner of a bathroom fitting company, I found Aquabliss a few months ago and started using them for unusual shower tray sizes as they sell almost any size. However my first order went smoothly. My second order was a complete disaster and set the job miles back. Firstly Tony one of their employees. promised me my shower tray and shower screen would arrive on the Monday we were due to start the job. This didn't happen. and call after call the days went on and promises were made and never happend. in the end the shower tray and screen turned up on the Thursday/ Friday days later than i needed them. and guess what the shower tray was damaged. meaning i had to drive to pick one up from another manufacturer. the following Wednesday and i finally get chance to get in touch with Aquabliss after rushing to complete my customers bathroom almost a week late. and Aquabliss (Tony) gave me apauing attitude, accusing me of damaging the shower tray myself. why hadn't i contacted sooner? WHY because your company put me so far behind that i had to work day and night to finish my customers job for Christmas. PLEASE DO NOT USE. Its now February and i still haven't had a refund. they ignore your emails and then when on the phone make promises and never get back in touch. Main Excuse ( we need to speak to the manufacturer see what they want to do) I do not accept this. I did not Buy from the manufacturer. I Bought from you (Aquabliss) Please people do not use this company.

Aquabliss have now gone bust! The address on the website did not exist so went on the companies house website and found their registered address where I met their landlord who said they had gone bust on Monday 8th July. The attached photo was their registered address and office.

Singularly THE most appalling company to deal with. Goods ordered with a promise of 5 day delivery never arrived. Numerous lies and platitudes about courier issues etc. Cancelled the order and they prevaricated, and obstructed the refund with every possible lame, pathetic excuse. So I sued them via the Small Claims Court! Got the court date then today received a notification that they have gone into liquidation. Basically, this company has shafted every small creditor (and some bigger ones). If they rise from the ashes, avoid at all costs. Cheats, liars and utter scumbags

this is a copy of letter just issued to AQUABLISS please read this before using this company!!!!!! to whom it may concern, I have been in touch with trading standards today as Aquabliss have had more than enough chances to resolve this issue! Reference for trading standards 15396102 they have advised me to send this as an official letter to say that you are in breach of contract under express term. I ordered a bath on the 31st of January on next day delivery, bath never turned up I was told by Anne-Marie that this item would be 100% with me on Monday 4th February and that a refund for next day delivery would be in next few days??? Monday comes bath never turns up told another story by Thomas that item was messed up by delivery company again another lie as I contacted delivery company Active carriers and it was never inputted on system this is why Aquabliss couldn't give me tracking info so after another 45 minute phone call was then told Tuesday A.M delivery. Waited all day for bath to turn up no show again!!! After contacting Aquabliss and being lied too yet again by Anne-Marie telling me it would be delivered by 7pm I waited till 515 contacted Thomas who then tells me that the bath panel was damaged in transit and it wouldn't be there that day all this while im at a customers house trying to get this fitted for her!!!! I said I would of been happy to accept it on the Tuesday without panel and then had the panel delivered a day later but anyway he told me that a new bath direct from depot would be delivered on Wednesday and finally gave me tracking info which too me looks like you hadn't attempted to deliver in the first place as I never had this before now. Wednesday comes bath turns up no panel and no legs I sent it back on your carrier and contacted that useless excuse of a customer services assistant Anne Marie to be told she would issue refund straight away all this is documented in emails. After a phone call every day and now on the 15th working day still no refund!!!! I got paypal involved and still no refund after contacting them on the 22nd February??? Trading standards have advised me to now send you notice that I am seeking damages totalling £350.99 and if I do not receive it within 7 days then to contact them again and issue letter to my solicitor. You now have till 5th march to refund this money or next letter will be from my solicitor and I will also be seeking costs, you have not only breached my rights as a consumer but not following your own company policy of refunds in 14 working days. I am also posting this letter on twitter, facebook and every other social media site I know to ensure that this cannot happen to another customer. Next contact from me will be from my solicitor, Craig Challenor, Eden Bailey plumbing and heating LTD.

WORST COMPANY EVER - UTTER NIGHTMARE I placed an order and paid for 2/7 days delivery. Nobody informed me of any delays and after two weeks I was still waiting for the goods. After I called the CS, I’ve only received false promises on the delivery dates. For two times I had to take a day off from my job, and booked the tradesman, before to find out that the delivery dates were only lies. CS assured me the goods were on its way with the courier, but they refused to give me any track number, as well as the telephone number of the courier, because of course the goods were still in the warehouse! After several calls and a lot of frustration, disappointment, anger, the goods arrived, unfortunately incomplete! Not as described on the website. Absolutely useless for my bathroom. I immediately sent an email requesting the return, nobody replied, I called and they said they would have sent me the details via email. I'm still waiting for a reply with directions for return and to be refunded. In the meantime I had to buy other items from a different store in order to complete my bathroom! I lost two days at work, I had to pay the tradesman booked and I’m really traumatized by the experience, emotionally and financially. In dealing with your CS I felt treated like a complete idiot, listening their ridiculous excuses to justify the delay. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

The mirror I arrived was chipped and no replacement or refund, the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Avoid them like the plague.....

Absolute Rubbish, AVOID THIS COMPANY Ordered 2 basins from Aquabliss, waited a week before called them to follow up.. turns out payment did not go through when details were taken over the phone but instead of notifying me... they just left it.. everyone deserves a second chance right? So I made sure payment had gone through this time before waiting another week. Called to follow up and apparently their delivery truck broke down and as it was friday (conveniently) it will have to be Tuesday or Wednesday, Waited until Wednesday morning to call and they said they will chase... 5 hours later and many more calls.... they tell me the delivery has smashed the basins (just before 17:00 which was conveniently their closing time) Was assured by Their manager that it will be replaced on Friday (2 more days of waiting) Called this morning (Friday) to make sure delivery is on track... 2 more hours of waiting.... and they said their delivery company has smashed another 2 (I lost my sh$t then) and asked me to wait for it to re-deliver.... Stay away... find a company who cares about their customers and their services they provide...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS They sell damaged goods and then refuse to refund you. They sent us a cracked shower tray and despite sending them all the photographic evidence they asked for, they still refused to refund us. The shower tray was delivered on a Thursday and it was reported to them (in a reasonable amount of time) as damaged when the packing was removed on the following Monday. The crack wasn't visible until the packaging was removed. Their reason for not refunding us was that we didn't tell them about the damage within a reasonable time. It was delivered on a Thursday and they were informed the following Monday morning. Is that not a within a reasonable time?? They are untrustworthy and should not be allowed to operate this way. I will be taking this complaint to the highest level and will not rest until my money is refunded.

DO NOT USE Appalling customer service, goods delivered incorrectly, when the correct ones turned up eventually, they were damaged and unusable. Have requested a collection and refund, but now they have gone quiet. Never answer the phone. DO NOT USE.

Bunch of crooks! Same experience as others. Ordered something and paid extra for 3 day delivery, it never showed. Called the office to talk to the rude and unhelpful customer service team, (and I use the term 'customer service' very loosely. Told it would come the following day guaranteed, it never did. Called the following week to cancel the order and told my money would be refunded in 3 days as they were in breach of contract, the money never arrived. Called again and then they said it would be 14 days, still never arrived. Called again and now its 14 working days! I'm 2 months in now and still no refund. Every time I spoke with Anne-Marie, or Marie as she uses sometimes, and every time she gives me a different answer as to when I'm getting a refund. I don't think she can open her mouth and not tell a big fat lie. She is rude, unhelpful and obstructive and the one thing I'm sure of is that a customer service role is not for her. I urge anyone to purchase elsewhere. Everything that is advertised on there website you can buy from more reputable suppliers on the net so you don't need to go though this misery that myself and many others are going through. I purchased all my items in the end from Plumbworld, Soak.com and Drench who all gave me excellent service unlike this bunch of dirty conning scumbags. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. I'm taking them to small claims like many others. I also urge anyone who has suffered to contact 'Action fraud' on 0330 123 2040 and register a complaint with them. And this is a 'no star' review. Google insist you leave at least 1 star which is 1 too many!

Aqua nightmare! We have learnt in future to look at reviews before ordering anything again on line. High postage costs donot guarantee anything will actually be dispatched at all. It is clear now that staff have stock excuses, such as damaged goods have been returned to depot, (don't believe anything was sent in the first place), three promised re- delivery dates did not bring our goods, emails went unanswered. Plumbing slot lost and wasted days waiting for delivery. If all internet companies treated their customers with the contempt that Aquabliss does the High Street would be buoyant. Avoid the stress go somewhere else!

So I have ordered a basin 3 weeks ago, paid £30 express delivery (1-3 days) and when I have received it 4 days later ( late ) the basin was cracked. Was told for 4 days after calling them every day that I would get a new one next day. When finally arrived it was the wrong product. Had to call them and email them 3 times a day for another week to get a new one . They don’t send you a new one until they arrange collection for the wrong item sent. ( it took 6 or 7 calls for me to find that out and in the mentime I was led to believe my delivery would be next day for several days in a row ) Then they’ve told me for 4 days in a row collection will be “tomorrow”. After all that I was sent another cracked basin and had to ask for a new one. I still haven’t received my item. I haven’t received a refund for my express delivery charge either despite asking for it about 12 times. I haven’t received a reply to any of my complaint emails ( sent about 10 ). I have asked for their official complaint procedure several times I haven’t recieved that either. I have asked to speak with a manager but there’s no one ever availble above customer service. And some member of staff are rude and defensive. I don’t think one can have a more unpleasant experience. Unacceptable, unbelievable, shocking! It costed me monies, time and energy. Only given them 1 star as I can’t give 0

Horrendous customer service! Still waiting two weeks on a part of a shower that they missed on the first delivery. I have rang several times , supposed to have got new piece last week, still waiting on it. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.

I made one simple order with Aquabliss, a basin and pedestal what could go wrong? I received a pedestal and a tap. Read the reviews, ordering anything from Aquabliss really is a bad idea.

I order my bathroom vanity unit on 4th May now still waiting for the basin 1 month later keep getting fobed of by aquabliss staff they are blaming the suppliers this is the worst company I have ever delt with. Take it from me they take your money quickly but do not rush supplying you order I have been on the the phone every day for the last 3 weeks. They are plenty other suppliers out they don't do what I did wrong and use AQUABLISS THEY ARE RUBBISH.

I wish I could give this company a 0 star rating! Absolutely clueless! We ordered product with a next day delivery service....and 3 weeks later, we're still waiting!!!!!!! Product prices might be great, but delivery, customer service, after care is a catastrophic mess! DO NOT BOTHER!!!!

Absolute shambles of a company,rude customer service, I was actually shouted at by the woman in customer services. Paid extra for express delivery, item didn’t arrive on time, ended up phoning the courier company myself to make sure the item arrived in the end. They courier company themselves even said they were a nightmare to deal with. Had to chase my express delivery charge which in the end was only £5, absolute disgrace, avoid at costs...

I wish I had read these reviews before I gave this company my money! Never ever experienced anything like this level of shockingly bad service! Been told the same lie everyday for the past 5 days now, and I STILL don't have my goods!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Oh I wish I'd looked at the reviews before ordering from this company. The item I ordered (by express delivery) has never been delivered, even after several promises that 'it would be here tomorrow'. This company has now stopped answering the phone so please avoid at all costs. Hopefully I can get the money back through my credit card provider, NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM AQUABLISS AGAIN
