“Recently placed an order for a Laguna 1m pond net but when this didn’t arrive within the expected time scale I contacted customer support by email. I received a prompt reply with an apology for the fact that my order had got stuck in their system hence it not having been dispatched. I was offered a refund or an upgrade to next day delivery at no extra cost and it is the latter option that I accepted with the pond net duly received by me the following day. Despite the initial problem (these things happen) I was impressed by how it was resolved and therefore wouldn’t hesitate in using Aquapet again.”

“Quick delivery as promised. All the products I wanted at really good prices. Only slight niggle was the packaging which was a large but flimsy box. Fortunately the items I had ordered were in there own boxes so didn’t suffer any damage. All in all I’m very pleased and will definitely use Aquapet again”

“Needed a replacement clamp ring for my Pressure Flo 5000 filter unit. I was dubious when I read that the Aquapet replacement is superior to the original, but it is much stronger and of better quality materials. Very pleased. Excellent service and fast delivery. My first transaction with Aquapet, will be using them again.”
