I had 3 orders order for over £1500, and all orders was delayed last one received after 2 month.Some items arrived dirty.Very poor service. Will never use again and not recommending to anyone .

Do not buy from Archers. Cut long story short. Bought ottoman style bed couple of months ago. The bed frame collapsed on me trapping my arm. I ended up at hospital damaged inside of arm and badly bruised from elbow to shoulder. Contacted Archers the salesman who sold and put bed together came out and said bed was fine he could only suggest something wrong with piston which hold frame up. He would need to speak to "Stevie" as I asked for exchange. I had to phone Stevie as he wasn't contacting me. He said as goodwill he would renew piston on the bed I said no. I have lost confidence and frightened of the bed as I was trapped and couldn't get my arm out. Asked for exchange of bed frame but he said no. Trying to blame me saying I didn't open bed properly. Now dealing with David Buchanan who won't make decision he bounced it back to "Stevie" who has not contacted me yet. It's my word against theirs. I'm sure they could exchange bed. Maybe waiting till someone actually loses arm before they will think about exchange. The customer service is terrible as I have had to make all the calls. Did try to contact owner Ian Archibald but he is invisible man.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company have had the audacity to take the money for the bed we ordered out of our bank and not bothered to deliver it. I have had to take an extra day off work this week to be home between the very vague hours of 8-6 waiting for this order. And convieniently enough for this company they are in contactable after 6 o'clock. My boyfriend used the chat system on their website and was assured that our order would be here today, and yet still not delivery. When they do actually bother to pick up some customer service skills and pick up their emails I will be cancelling my order and be asking for a refund. That way I can deal with a company that are actually capable.

NEVER EVER order from this company. They are totally incopatant. The mattress I ordered arrived and was the wrong size and I have spent two weeks trying to get it collected and the correct one delivered.......I'm still waiting I have even had to email photos of the mattress blocking my hallway as they keep insisting that they have collect and re delivered the goods.....may be to someone else, but not to me. Please don't make the same mistake I did and order from anyone else.

We went to Archers and were advised to buy a berkley orthopaedic mattress by Jason the salesman at Hillington he did not advise us about the firmness of the mattress and told us it had a ten year guarantee. When the mattress was delivered it only had a five year guarantee and the bed is too firm. The delivery people unpacked the mattress and assembled the bed. We paid for this. My wife has a bad back and can't sleep on the bed as it is too firm when I phoned the company Jason would not exchange the mattress as it had been opened. I asked him about the 10 year guarantee he informed me that he would post it out. He has never sent it to date I also emailed the head office and they refused to exchange it and I asked about the guarantee - to date no response they are not interested - they have the money and that is all they care about - terrible customer service don't use this company. Other suppliers allow you to return mattresses and will only charges a small fee. Take note Archers don,t.

I wish I saw the reviews on this site before I made the dreadful mistake to order a bed from this company. It was due to arrive on Tuesday and it was not delivered. I was told it would arrive on Wednesday, and having taken another day off work, by 5pm it still had not arrived!! No phone call from the company to explain the delay. I phoned them and was told they were unsure when it would be delivered and said they would phone me the following morning. To be honest I was so dissatisfied that I cancelled the order. No apology or customer service and two days later, still no refund!! Apparently company policy is that they only provide refunds once the bed has returned to the warehouse. Guess what, they couldn't locate the bed initially then said there was a box missing, despite it never having been delivered to me!! Today having threatened to take the issue to Trading Standards if they failed to refund me the money, I am due to have a refund Monday. I will wait with baited breath. Avoid this company at all costs. Bed probably never existed when I ordered it..!!

ordered a divan base last week, and requested delivery for 30th October, it is now 1st November, and we are still waiting. Several phone calls made by us and staff promising that the divan base will be delivery today and it has still not arrived. We have had to have someone here all the time, and are still waiting in today at 4.p.m. Very disappointed. Mrs. Bakewell Onley Park near rugby
