Totally lies, product is not as should be on tin I have ordered firm orthopidic single bed wrong description on product it is medium to soft not happy I am lumbered with this now refusing to take back, please read your terms and conditions cooling period for trials before perchase

I ordered two new mattresses for our Superking sized beds in Feb 2017 by October 2018 we had three replacent mattresses for the bed due to a collapse of the box springs around the area where bottoms would be when lying on the mattress. We have sent pictures of the condition of the third mattresses to Archers. The items are in the same condition as the previous two items but Archers say the warranty period is over and they intend doing nothing. We are now in the process of buying an alternative product from a local dealer. Howev. Er 4 new mattresses in 4 years must be a world record.

WE bought some chests of drawers from Archers after spending a lot of time trying to find something the right size and look. The company seemed OK and we picked ready assembled (as we thought) better quality furniture. (ASC Hampton 3 Drawer Low Chest of Drawers ) When it turned up we realised that the drawers were very small. That prompted us to check the measurements against the online spec and they were a few cm smaller in every direction than the website stated. To make matters even worse the drawers are tiny compared to the front and the space available - very stupid design in my opinion. The quality is superficially only just OK and they look OK from accross the room. I bought rather than making our own this time and am regretting it. I tried contacting archers to complain that they are were not as per spec but heard nothing. We have given up the struggle and kept them but I will probably remake the drawer carcases as they are just to small to be useful. Should have doen it myslelf in the first place or gone somewhere we could measure the item rather than trusting a website. A very disappointing purchase and we would not go back.

I ordered bed and took a days holiday as I live on my own and no one else to take in. Delivery was due between 8 am and 6 pm. By 7pm i guessed by new bed was a pipe dream. I will have to call them tomorrow . Communication very poor and a waste of a days holiday. Would not use again

Let down significantly by delivery, which seems to be a common problem. Lack of apology, no follow up calls or email from company indicating a lack of concern and care for the customer. For us , running our own business, reliability is a key reason for using one company over another. Sorry Archers, you could have turned this around by being more efficient and just caring a bit more so we will not be using you again.

Euro King divan bed and headboard order. Ordered the divan base and headboard easily enough on the Archers website, arranged the delivery, and a couple of weeks later the divan base arrived (damaged, a rip on the top). No headboard. Archers chased that up and a week or so later a headboard duly arrived, but it was a UK King sized headboard, so didn’t fit the Euro King base. A second headboard was arranged, and a couple of weeks later that arrived. Another UK King. A third headboard was arranged, which took longer, as I had to take photos of the first two to prove that I was being sent the wrong ones (surely someone must have known what they were shipping out to me). The courier didn’t deliver on the day stated, so another week went by, but then finally after almost two months, and taking 5 days off work to wait in for couriers, I received the correct headboard. In fairness to them Archers were mostly good at responding to e-mails, but as the bed and headboard were sent direct from the manufacturer it just seemed to take a long time for them to find out any information, and they seemed to have no control at all over what was happening. Overall not a great experience. Maybe the manufacturer doesn’t sell many Euro King beds and we were just unlucky, but wouldn’t use again.

I ordered a divan bed and mattress and asked for it to be delivered on a certain day and not on a Friday! I am disabled and had made arrangements for someone to come in and put up the new bed for me and they were not available Fridays. So you can guess what happened ! Yes they tried to deliver it on a Friday, with no prior warning whatsoever, and when I refused delivery because my old bed was still up, and taking up all our available room the driver was most ignorant. Not only that but they refused to take the bed upstairs for me ! Also whilst I was signing for the delivery the driver sat outside in the van with his finger on the horn. I telephoned after to complain but they were just not interested so I shall never use them again! As regards to customer service they just don't have any!

Ordered a fairly expensive divan bed and waited in all day for X delivery as they couldn't state a time slot (which a lot of companies do). Wrong divan bases and totally wrong mattress delivered - nothing matched and not what was ordered. Delivery man refused to take away as he was "just the delivery man". To be fair Sara at Archers was very apologetic and offered an exchange in a few days but this was no good to me as needed the bed then. Not really very impressed by overall service from ordering to delivery as not kept informed unless I called myself.
