Prices are mostly reasonable, very rarely need to contact direct. Website is easy to use, and they offer their customer bonus perks like free overnight shipping.

Free overnight shippingby fedex, a silly esd grounding adapter but they were at least 30% cheaper than everyone else including ebay. It arrived in a very exceptional shipping package with purchase order, static bag, the works. Overall very impressed with this company. I did pay with paypal, I understand others have payment issue's with them but this has been a great experience on my end.

Received the Brad nail gun as a gift. I really love this tool. The ease of using it makes my life easier when doing repairs or decorating.

Ordered on web saying stock is available in LT, after further pushing, found out there was no stock in the LT mentioned, opted out to cancel the order. Sad :(

Due to a promo deal, their site was overwhelm. A page was posted to provide your contact info with the option for someone to contact me by phone to take the order. This did not happen. The next day after no call so far, I got on their chat and explained and the CSR said they would take care of it, I just needed to place the order which I did. Well, the shipment came but the promo item was missing. Contacted another CSR again who said she doesn't know why the previous CSR said they can give me the promo, the most she can do is take 30% off instead of the BOGO item. I felt robbed, deceived and switch and bated, but more importantly, the vast amount of time on the two chats I had to be on just to reach that point of disappointment which could have been prevented if their IT infrastructure was up to the task.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our year long relationship with Arrow has been painful from the start. Thier accounting department is a disorganized mess. The executives do not care nor respond to any complaints. It has been a terrible experience start to finish. The best part is saying goodbye to this awful company.

I placed an order with arrow, but cancelled almost immediately. Never a problem anywhere else. arrow refused to clear the canceled CC charge. More over, I called them 7 times and EVERY TIME THEY DROPPED THE LINE. This is a scam merchant with a scam practice. I will never buy again from arrow, and recommend that everyone who reads this, will avoid them, too.

Guess I've been spared the problems. Their garbage site will not allow me to do anything! Errors keep popping up and still no password change will work. I also think the item I am looking at is priced...way too low so I wonder if it's got a hook in there someplace. Verical is also part of them and their site, although different, works the same way. Both have the same item, but different prices? It is all a useless waste if time! They run it like kids playing store!

They can' be trusted to operate an efficient customer oriented business. Their web site is not in sync with their warehouse, so there is this constant back and forth over minimum quantity issues. It comes down to having someone tell you what you can and can not buy...Total waste of time. Correct and update your website. So tired of the bait and switch experienced in other countries. If I found another company that sells the same parts I would go there. Arrow.com cant be the only ones.

Contractors use personal phones to book sessions with adult entertainment providers. They change phone #s and harass providers. Not a good look for Arrow I have reported 2 #s to police. This needs to STOP

Irresponsible and Terrible services in the times of semiconductor components shortage, getting back-orders for months and cancelling later while being paid fully, acting like a bank with 0% interest from their costumers. We placed two orders for thousands of components and after 3 months they cancelled the orders by just saying just "sorry" and nothing more, the reimbursement of the money takes up to 6 weeks, so basically they had our money for half a year without doing any positive action. Totally avoid this company as much as you can

Ordered components shown in stock with 3 day delivery, but no order acknowledgement. Tried to find out what was happening and my order then appeared as 'pending' after 4 weeks. Their web chat doesn't work, phone calls appear to connect to a non-human on another planet. They don't send emails to explain if there is a problem. General impression is of a 'Zombi' company with nobody interested in the business or it's customers. So I'm cancelling my order and closing our accounts today.

Arrow battery stapler- 1117. Bought today. Home Depot. It will not charge. Bought same one yesterday. Same problem. Would not charge. These tools are junk. Do waste your time buying them

Overall a painful experience to work with. They take forever to get back to you and really don't communicate very well and sometimes not at all. It isn't uncommon for me to send paperwork to them to only be asked for the same documentation by another department or person. 'Cold and indifferent' is how I would describe them.

Arrow Electronics - bad quote - huge loss on a locked in order. I received pricing not only from an Arrow Rep but from the website only to place an order the same day to find out the pricing went from 366 (rep) and 296 (online) to 457 after order placement. I would never leave a customer our to dry on my misquote. Arrow responded you didn't read the small print. A quick call to confirm pricing should of been made so that an accurate quote was given and if I made a mistake I honor my price. Fact is they are the big bully in the industry and don't care about customer satisfaction. They purposely advertise pricing in this case 55% below their actual pricing in order to have you click on their site and try to get your business. No business should have to take a loss because of poor business practices and ethics such as this. I am a loyal buyer and will never use Arrow again, it's personal to me not just business.

As long as things go well you are OK. God help you if they mess up your order. I have been waiting for 4 days to get a resolution. I called the day I got wrong parts and was told I had to submit a web for and a pic of the wrong part. Irritating but I did it. Then after waiting 3 days I called and complained and was told they would fix it. Nothing. I called the next day and was told they needed a pic of the box it came in, and they couldn't send replacements without that pic. I ordered 30 modems and 6 of them were the wrong model, so I didn't keep the box, and I told them that. I had to fuss at them to get them to move forward, but still no result yet. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I worked there in Burnaby. The female Branch Manager was the worst. I went to a wedding shower and one of the female inside sales reps tried to pull my top off. True story!!!!
