As long as things go well you are OK. God help you if they mess up your order. I have been waiting for 4 days to get a resolution. I called the day I got wrong parts and was told I had to submit a web for and a pic of the wrong part. Irritating but I did it. Then after waiting 3 days I called and complained and was told they would fix it. Nothing. I called the next day and was told they needed a pic of the box it came in, and they couldn't send replacements without that pic. I ordered 30 modems and 6 of them were the wrong model, so I didn't keep the box, and I told them that. I had to fuss at them to get them to move forward, but still no result yet. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card.
