“The color of the Bass Weejuns I received wasn’t even close to the color pictured for this shoe on their website. They never responded to two emails I sent explaining why I wanted to return them. When I returned them they denied receiving them even though the USPS tracking number confirmed that they were delivered to Arthur Knight. I’m waiting to hear from my credit card company if they will credit my account. I will never order from this firm again.”

“The shoes were too big.. No instruction on how to return. sent back recorded delivery, I had to pay. No refund, no acknowledgement, No answer to any e mails. Had to get money back through credit card.. Avoid this company.”

“Review of service and product. Service is shocking, I purchased a pair of Barbour slippers December 19 these were worn for a few months before being stored, a few weeks ago I decided it was time to wear them again only to find the sole had come unstuck from the slipper itself. As this was clearly a design or manufacturing issue I decided to contact Arthur Knight for a replacement. The response i received was the slippers are only supposed to last a season and there's nothing they can do.”

“Ordered two pairs of shoes. Told the courier company to make sure that they were left at one of neighbours. Shoes never arrived. Told they were left on the door step. Had to pay £170 to credit card for shoes that I never received. Keep being told now that I have to wait 90 days fir it to be sorted out. Absolute joke. Won't be buying anything from Arthur knight again, nor recommending them.”

“I ordered a pair of Mephisto sandals over 2 weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately, and I have heard nothing from this company. I have sent 3 emails and heard nothing so far. The online order status still states "processing". I will never order from them again. I have requested this order be cancelled and my money refunded, but I don't have a lot of confidence they will do the right thing.”
