“I wanted advice on canvas qualities, sizes and prices. I arrived on a quiet weekday and got a park right at the door. Several years ago I was purchasing framed canvases from you regularly at your old address. I seemed to remember that it was cheaper to buy a box of canvases, than six individuals, so I'd get a box of six at a time. Now I am told it is no cheaper. The assistant explained qualities and terminology. he was helpful. I went to purchase 4 individual canvases but chose to get the box of six for the convenience of transporting. No delivery required.”

Hi Kevin, Thank you for your review, we are really sorry to hear the disappointment with the delivery time! Your order was placed 8 Feb 2022 (2:17pm) and dispatched from us 9 Feb 2022 (8:56am). Once orders are dispatched and are with AusPost, unfortunately, we do not have any control over how long delivery will take. In this particular case, the order was delivered within 9 days and when factoring in weekends, this is in line with AusPost's standard interstate delivery times. We will be sure to pass on to AusPost regarding this feedback, however, and hopefully, in future, we will see improvements in faster delivery times. “The team at Art Shed stepped in to assist me in a difficult situation with Australia Post. An Australia Post contractor was unwilling to get wet delivering my parcel and simply delivered it to the nearest post office although I was home at the time in question. Art Shed sent me a replacement without additional cost and I appreciate that service!”
