Difficult to order online especially with redeeming a gift voucher. Tried many times. In the end gave up and rang art shed.

Thanks for the feedback Susan, we know it can be a bit tricky processing our Gift Vouchers sometimes, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. The unique nature of our business being both online and a retail store combined complicates the function of electronic vouchers. I'm glad you were able to redeem it over the phone. :)

I am disappointed in the products I purchased from Art Shed.The quality is not great.Some items were on special,but really not worth even the special prices.

Your products were great. I had a problem with my delivery. I understand it was a packing error and spoke to a very helpful rep- Lenith. The only way to get the products in time was to leave work and drive from Essendon to Morrabin in heavy traffic. Lenith had left early for the day so others had no idea and my story was told again. I was not happy when I finally arrived that my order could initially not be found and no apology. There was no acknowledgement of my inconvenience. I would have liked some compensation and a refund of my delivery charge at the least.

I ordered transfer paper It took a long time to arrive When I inquired how to use it by phone the girls were not very familiar with it and I said I would order another colour and the girl said she would ring back with my details and never has So I was not impressed

Your online order was placed on a public holiday, so this might be why delivery seemed longer than usual. It was dispatched within two days, the post was collected the next day and then it was delivered within 5 business days which is reasonable for metro Melbourne to coastal Queensland. I purchased the Mont Marte Telescopic drafting tube - It fulfilled all my needs until travelling. It easily unlocked itself on many occasions. To be honest it was very cheap, next time I would do more research and buy a better quality tube, all of which were available at Art Shed. Service from Art Shed was excellent.

Items were fine and delivery was $1 because I bought during some promotion. However, the spam mail was unbelievable. They emailed me, they signed me up to several other mailing lists including this site without permission and kept the spam rolling in over a $10 order.. never again

Tried to order 2 jars of product as your freight price is very high. Unable to revert back to order to do this. Why can’t u do a deal with a freight couriers for better regional freight prices.

Dear Sylvia, We appreciate the time you took to let us know your experience. We are sorry that you were not able to order two jars of product due to the freight cost. The postage we charge is our actual cost, we have had two rate increases this year. While we continually try to reduce shipping costs for our customers, it is calculated by weight and destination. Not all businesses are provided the same rates. Your location in is a very long distance from us in Melbourne, and two of the product you purchased tips the total weight over the 500gm threshold, and then it jumps to the next tier for 1kg. Our hands are tied unfortunately. Once again, thank you for your input.

Everything was fine except I did not recieve all of the items. I tried to find receipt to contact you, but couldn't find it in my email (unsure if that is an issue of your end or mine)

On crutches. Asked assistance from staff member re a specific item. She took me down the aisle, waved in a general direction to Indicate where the products were and walked off. Had to ask a second staff member for assistance. Second person was lovely, but l won’t bother going back again.

Some of our team do not work directly with customers, although they occasionally need to go into the store. A little disappointed that the goodie bags apparently were all gone by 12pm The whole birthday event was hyped up so much on FB but sales were not impressive. Sorry but I didn’t enjoy my first visit of Art Shed. Some staff members were helpful.

Hi James, it is a problem, and we apologise for the delayed delivery. The 3-5 days is merely an estimate, and for the most part it is accurate. We have no control over delivery times, once your order leaves our warehouse we have to rely on Australia Post unfortunately!

Hey Jessa, sometimes we aren't aware of a problem until a customer leaves a negative review, but we can certainly resolve this for you. Please let me know which pen is affected and if possible some photos showing the issue would be helpful, and then we can replace it for you. Sometimes a tiny bit of air can make its way inside packaging and maybe this is what has happened in your case. We can replace it or process a refund, please let me know the best course of action for you. Thanks!

I made my purchase 18/2 then it took 10 days to get about 25km with days of that being packed in the warehouse (I got an email saying it has been shipped on 28/2). I get stuff quicker from overseas. Apart from the delay in processing the boxes are fantastic for storing my rolls of vinyl and cardstock so they do what they say on the box.

The tracking details advise that the order was delivered 17/02. I have not used the paints yet. However, was horrified by the individual wrapped polystyrene bottles, triple wrapped with thick plastic packaging. I would prefer to see environmental friendly packaging.

Hi Lynn, Thank you for your feedback regarding the packaging of some of the paints we stock. We are taking steps to be as environmentally friendly as possible, and try to use eco-conscious recycled boxes and internal packing wherever we can. We actively try to reduce waste by using minimal packaging while still ensuring your products arrive safely. This includes salvaging excess cardboard, boxes and mailers, that we shred and use a protective filler for your order. Some larger products are also pre-packaged by our suppliers, and in such cases, we do not add excess packaging to reduce excess waste and double handling, and ultimately reduce our environmental footprint. We do our best to avoid materials such as polystyrene and plastic however, sometimes it is unavoidable due to individual product packing requirements for safe arrival. We would love to be able to integrate the additional sustainable packaging materials suggested into our business, however unfortunately these materials are often very expensive and as a small business it is not always an option for us, so we are currently using our recycled packaging methods while we gradually take steps to become as sustainable as possible. In this instance, some of the 1L and 2L paints are supplied to us prepackaged in polystyrene. This ensures the paint is stable and protected while in transit from the supplier, and while it sits in a warehouse environment. I will pass your feedback onto the supplier and encourage them to look further into finding more ways that we can collectively be more environmentally conscious, thank you again for getting in touch. I love art shed have placed a two orders from them. First order arrived within a few days but unfortunately im still waitingvfor a $200 order to arrive its been 3 weeks and i still have not received. Very dissapointung
