“Thank you to the young lady who assisted me. She explained the differences between the acrylic paints avaliable and their uses, again when selecting canvases she very clearly articulated the differences and issues.”

“Overall happy with the service, one thing to note though... I ordered a few brushes, when they were packaged for postage, they were all sticky taped to a cardboard backing with an excessive amount of tape that ended up leaving sticky residue all over them. I understand the need to protect the items, it was slightly annoying to liberate the brushes from their bindings though.”

Hi Cameron, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. It is great that you were impressed with our service, but it was disappointing to hear about the excessive packaging. Too much tape would be very inconvenient we totally empathise! We have passed on your feedback to our warehouse manager, and they will reassess our packing of individual paint brushes.

“I love the products from Art Shed and they are always reasonably priced. I guess my only complaint is that they use Aus Post for deliveries and they are hopeless. I was home at the time but got a text to say nobody was home and to collect from nearest post office. This is so inconvenient for me as I’m disabled and had to organise a friend to pick it up.”

Hi there, thank you for the review, it's great to hear you enjoy our products and pricing 😊 We can see from your order that unfortunately the 'Signature Required' box was ticked on your order, and Australia Post is contractually obligated to get a signature for deliveries in this case. When you checkout make sure the you leave the box unticked, it is just underneath the delivery address section. If you prefer to, you can also order over the phone during business hours 1300-785-406 ext.1
