“Very good service , excellent range of products. A bit hard to navigate the ordering with so many products, especially the paints but I don't know how else you could it , but much easier than having A trip to Brisbane!! VIRGINIA”

“The order took about two weeks to arrive and there was a faulty bottle included of burnt sienna. I have since emailed Sarah in your office with photos. I find it difficult to hold the jar and lid and take a photo so a bit hit and miss with pics. Hoping for a replacement bottle as my art teacher advised it should be returned as it was faulty.”

Hi Jannette, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. Australia Post do not collect from us on weekends, and your order was delivered within seven business days. This is a bit longer than usual two-five days, and we apologise for the inconvenience. We have contacted you privately in order to resolve the problem with your paint, it is standard practice for online businesses to ask for photo evidence for faulty products. Thank you.

Hi Irene, Thank you for the review, it is very disappointing. We enquired with Australia Post to find out what happened with your order. It appears there was an issue with their communication to you regarding your delivery. The scans were out of order in the tracking, but delivery was attempted on 24th May. There was no one available to sign for it, so it was taken to the Post office and was waiting for collection since 25th May. Normally they return it to us after two weeks if it isn't collected, so I'm glad to see you were able to collect it before that happened. Feel free to contact us if you have any further issues with delivery from us.

“Art Shed have a large range but their web site pushes Mont Marte at you which I can pick up at my local $2 shop so I spend more time that is necessary looking for supplies”

It is because the default setting for displaying products is 'Most Popular' and our most popular products in some categories are from Mont Marte. This can be changed when you are viewing the website by toggling the filter, the options are by Name, by Brand, by Price, by Product SKU, 'On Sale' and there is also the 'What's New' category. At Art Shed we stock 100% of the Mont Marte brand, but you might find your local discount store there is only a small range of their products. We also carry over 100 brands of fine art products for every budget, including Australian brands such as Art Spectrum, Chroma, Peribo Books, Neef, Boom Gel and heaps more. “Bought a 32in x 16in canvas, the frame was warped. Could not fix, in the end I had to take off frame and glue to a mdf backing board. I did email to let them know. I thought I'd fixed it with wetting the frame but didn't work. But I saved the painting anyway thank God. I didn't take a photo. Should have.”
