“I am the sender to Luca. Twice i have sent him a gift voucher by email and twice it has not been received. having said that when i have rung staff have been very helpful and the matter was resolved easily. I am just not sure why this method has not worked???????”

“i can only speak from the delivery point of view- it was speedy and with no issues. The product looked great but it was a Christmas gift for my my grandson who has become interested in wood carving so hopefully he finds them great quality and useful when he comes to use them.”
