“My order was received promptly and in good order. I would just say that too much unnecessary packaging was used - hard to get open and bad for the environment.”

Hi Beverly, thanks for your review I'm glad to hear you have enjoyed a swift delivery from us. The A3 Paper Pad you ordered is susceptible to the corners being bent in shipping, this is why it is packed the way it was. We have refined our packing methods over many years to maximise the protection of products during the rough handling during shipping, and at the same time reduce the use of materials wherever possible. We recycle all cardboard that comes into our warehouse, and try to use very little tape and packing paper. It is a tricky balance but we are constantly improving.
