“At the moment I am trying to paint my grandmother who was old when I met her as a child and all I have postcard photo of her to work with is an old black and white.To make matters worse she was a moiri lady of dark skin but I am sure that with the paints I have I will achieve a degree of success.”

“Thought I was ordering a gift voucher online from Art Shed Brisbane but my gift recipient found out when trying to use gift voucher that it was from Melbourne. Art Shed Online is the Melbourne store”

Hi Geoff, thank you for the feedback, I have checked your order to investigate the timing, and it seems the order was placed on a Saturday and collected by Australia Post on the following Monday morning. It is not possible to dispatch any faster because Australia Post do not collect over the weekend. Aside from that we are managing increased orders due to our EOFY sale. We appreciate your understanding, and appreciate your custom!
