“Dear Art Shed, The two female staff that served me last week, were excellant, very helpful and courteous, very good staff. However I was very disappointed that my loyalty credit of about ($80?) had been deleted since my last visit and since you moved your store across Warrigal Road. Kind regards Dean Bowen”

Hi Dean, Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, we are so happy our amazing team were helpful when you visited us. With regards to your store credit, we do not delete or remove old credits but there was a manual system that was used prior to our moving in 2019. This needs to be verified and we will contact you privately when we have some more information, it will be in a few days. Thanks

“Everything arrived in order. Not much I can say in the way of a review as I only ordered basic items. I was surprised at how slow delivery was considering how close you are unless it is sent from a depot elsewhere. I guess that’s more to do with the delivery service than you though. 😁 You have always been extremely helpful when I’ve visited the store. Thanks”

As we pick our orders from our store, occasionally there are discrepancies due to theft or sometimes suppliers send the wrong quantity to us. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment.
