“staff could be a little more courteous. I find it's hit and miss when I come into the store. Some are great, others are not helpful at all. Also, some of the staff dont know much about the products in the store.”

Some team members in our store are picking orders for our online customers, they are willing to help anytime but may appear to be focused elsewhere, it is regretful that they may have appeared unhelpful. It appears we have made a silly mistake, and your refills were sent out even though the Rechargable Eraser was out of stock. I will contact you privately to rectify the problem. We will refund the cost of delivery for you also. Oops!

“Oh thanks, yes, my visit was great. The young lady helped me with choices for a gift for a young girl turning 13 who loves watercolouring. In addition to buying the gift it was great to see the friendly helpful Staff again.”
