“On crutches. Asked assistance from staff member re a specific item. She took me down the aisle, waved in a general direction to Indicate where the products were and walked off. Had to ask a second staff member for assistance. Second person was lovely, but l won’t bother going back again.”

Hi there, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your visit. And we are truly sorry this happened when shopping with us, it is not the experience we want our customers to have when they come in. Some of our team do not work directly with customers, although they occasionally need to go into the store. While this does not excuse this behaviour, it may explain why they went off to find another team member to help you. “The Jo Sonja paints are working beautifully in my projects & loving the variety of colours esp since they come in smaller sizes in a sample pack of colours. Haven't tried the Mont Marte metallic paints yet but presume they will also be perfect for my purpose! Communication with Art Shed was great & delivery time was quicker than expected...very happy all up!”
