“Took a little to long for delivery I think it was over a week which was not good as I live in Hampton East around the corner from the store. Plus for such a small item 1 tiny paintbrush the packaging was over the top.”

Hi Wendy, thank you for the feedback, I'm sorry to hear this. All parcels are taken to a distribution centre by Australia Post after being collected from us, once this happens we have no control over the sorting process or how long it takes to get to you. In regards to packaging, some of our smaller items are packed this way due to our experience with small parcels being lost in the mountains of deliveries being processed every day.
