“Canvas arrived after a long wait coming from Australia/ the outer cardboard had a very bad hole in it despite being clearly marked fragile but the contents were ok”

“The molded eraser didn't work The charcoal pencils keep breaking”

Hi Vanessa, these pencils need to be knife sharpened. Regular pencil sharpeners are not recommended in this case as the twisting action causes them to chip and break. “Your staff are wonderful and very friendly. Your shop is very relaxing to be in and layout is good.l couldn't get the 300ml monte marte paint colours l wanted so maybe a text or email could be sent when they come in. There was only a couple of colours available, but l understand there are issues getting supplies at the moment. Thanks,felicity billington.”
