“I ordered transfer paper It took a long time to arrive When I inquired how to use it by phone the girls were not very familiar with it and I said I would order another colour and the girl said she would ring back with my details and never has So I was not impressed”

It is not indicative of the level of service we strive to provide, as our team are generally very knowledgeable. We carry 7000+ products so it is possible that occasionally we can't answer some specific questions. Your online order was placed on a public holiday, so this might be why delivery seemed longer than usual. It was dispatched within two days, the post was collected the next day and then it was delivered within 5 business days which is reasonable for metro Melbourne to coastal Queensland. If you still have questions about using the Transfer Paper feel free to email us, or reach out on live chat and we will assist you. It is unusual that we did not contact you back, and we apologise for that. Our email is customerservice@artshedonline.com.au. “I always get nervous when I’m driving to Art Shed because I go with a list of supplies I need but I always end up finding something else to purchase when I’m there! The staff are always so helpful & friendly and I love browsing the store to see what’s new.”

“Hello Tom, The order process was professional and accurate my only challenge being assembly of the easel which while well described was missing a couple of details which I discovered by trial and error . However I am delighted with the product and the assembly tools supplied where of a high quality I can recommended the Art Shed for the quality of service and product value . Best Regards Brian”
